Our plumber could not have been more helpful. He took time to provide good explanations of what the problem was, provided us with a solution on the day while it may not completely fix the issueand he did not try to oversell a solution we may not need - Really impressed. So refreshing. I wouldn’t hesitate to call IND again.

Excellent service, care and attention, nothing to much trouble to even look at other queries in the house, and advise on best precautions to prevent further blockage, smells, drainage. IND Plumbing & Heating were fantastic. They were very responsive to my initial query, arranging to come out the morning after and were very thorough with their investigation into our boiler problem. We now have reliable hot water again after several visits from another company couldn't resolve the issue. We will definitely be using them for our servicing and repairs moving forward.

I rarely ever write reviews but IND Plumbing & Heating have blown me away with their responsiveness. I called them early in morning, as I had a small leak in the bathroom.They strived to help me that day, as being a teacher my time off is restricted mid week. They kept me informed with their availablity during the morning and were able to attend that day at lunch. They fixed the issue quickly and were very attentive. Brilliant work and a well deserved 5 star ⭐.
